Click "Start for free", choose the services you want to try and fill in 3 details: name, email, password and your business name. In 5 minutes your workspace is up and running.
Online payments are included in the Premium tier of each service (deposit in Agenda, checkout in Catálogo, fees in Avos). Connect your MercadoPago in 2 minutes and from there generate payment links, installment plans and automatic charges. It's not a separate module.
No. They book appointments, buy from the catalog or pay without registering. For services that need follow-up (like Avos), you send them a magic link by email — they get in without a password.
Yes, whenever you want. You enable or disable services from Settings → Services in your workspace. If you drop out of the combo, you lose the 20% discount but keep using the ones you have active.
14 days free with no card for all services. Then you decide: if it works for you, you pay for the plan you built; if not, you cancel and that's it. Your data is kept for 30 days in case you come back.
You have 7 days of grace. After that your workspace switches to read-only mode: you see your info but can't operate. Nothing is deleted. Once you're up to date, you can operate again instantly.
Yes, at no extra cost within certain usage-based limits. Each user has their role (Owner, Admin, Gestor, Viewer). If your team is large (more than 5-10 people), let's talk.
Agenda is personal by default: one calendar = one professional. If you have a team (a salon with 3 stylists, a clinic with several doctors), you add extra professionals with a monthly add-on for each one.
From Settings → Account → Cancel. You don't have to call or fill out forms. After canceling, your data stays accessible for 30 days so you can export it. After that period it's deleted.
Yes. Everything travels encrypted over HTTPS. We make daily encrypted backups. Sensitive documents (IDs, certificates) are stored encrypted with access via short-lived signed URLs. We log who accesses what.
No. We only charge the monthly service fee. What you earn from your products or services goes straight to your MercadoPago, with Sitiate keeping nothing.
Yes. Your data is yours. You export everything in CSV/JSON from Settings → Export. No holding back, no "pay me for the upgrade first".
